Alpha and Numeric Colour Coded Labels
A colour coding system works by putting colour labels on your file covers, which identify individual files. This creates the effect of colour blocks in the storage system {or your desk} and allows the user to quickly find records by identifying with these colour blocks. Misfiles are easily spotted and corrected with a colour coded system compared to a misfile in a drawer system which can take hours, days, months and even years to locate and correct.
Alpha and numeric colour coding means that files are identified and retrieved in half the time taken for conventional systems. The simple use of colour association results in a 50% increase in file access speed therefore increasing staff productivity and reducing lost files to virtually nil.
Alpha and numerical Labels come in both rolls and sheets and in a variety of different styles, sizes and colours.
Plain Colour Labels
Available in 10 colours; they can be used to designate special files or department files. These labels enable staff to better identify and separate important special files from other plain ones.
File Titles Labels
These labels can be printed or written on and allow you to give a neat, professional title to your files.
File Title Label Protectors
These labels are applied over the top of the file title labels to prevent wear and soiling of the title labels. They have the added benefit of strengthening the grab flap of the file.
Month Labels
For accounting, inventory or organisational purposes, month labels will keep you up to date with all your monthly activities.
Year Labels
These are applied in one of the positions above the file title label to facilitate culling of out of date files – you do not have to remove last year's labels. Year labels come in rolls and sheets and in a variety of styles, sizes and colours.
